Kevin and Kyle were both very considerate, explained each duty they performed, were aware of my dog and careful not to let her out of the house or backyard gate. I purchased a new HVAC unit a few years ago from Webb and have used his company for maintenance since even before purchasing that new unit. I always appreciate the promptness and courtesy of the technicians. Melissa and the rest of the office crew are WONDERFUL as well!!
I can never say enough great things about Webb’s. The staff is amazing, Nick and Kyle are the nicest young men. With Webb’s you with get exceptional service from start to finish, doesn’t matter if it’s the Office Staff (A+) or the Service Techs. They are respectful of your time, home and property and always willing to answer all your questions. I have used them for several services including HVAC and Electrical. We had an electrical issue that required a licensed electrician. Josh and his apprentice was on-time. Thorough and more importantly went over and above expectations to make sure we were taken care. Did not try to oversell anything as a matter of fact was very conscientious about not charging for Small activity completed. Will recommend and certainly use Webb Electric in the future.
I had Webb come out for a quote to replace the unit. The tech was professional and honest. They give free estimates... makes me wonder how contractors pay for the overhead for those free estimates, cause I don't think selling capacitors near cost and labor per the minute will keep them in business very long. I'm writing the review in the response to a review Webb was given 2 days ago regarding "overpricing". What the customer doesn't understand is that the price they were charged is the going rate. Yes, capacitors are cheap, yes it takes literally seconds to swap one out. What isn't cheap is being insured, bonded and licensed. So if you want to save money and not get "ripped off", educate yourself, diagnose the problem, order the part on amazon and fix it yourself. I don't want to come off too abrasive, and I understand the frustration, you see a $20 part and get a $250 bill. How do you think people without medical insurance feel after a doctors appointment or taking their pet to a veterinarian?
As always great service by Webb’s electricians. They can always accurately diagnose the problem and have the fix. After the service is finished they outline their findings in detail and what they did to fix it along with an itemized statement. They use all the electronic technology to do it which makes for a nice record of the service call. The electricians are polite and professional. Great service and great company.
