So this was a disappointing trip. I called the night before to get pricing, but when I arrived nothing was the same. The woman working spent more time pulling her hair out of the sunglasses she was wearing than she did listening to me. She was definitely not friendly and bordering on rude. She told me that I couldn't have my tires mounted there due to a walmart policy because the tires were different than the ones it came with . So I ended up buying tires and then had to go across town to have them mounted.
They have a gareentee on their tires and that's great. I bought a are of tires years ago and it just keeps paying off! But it's hard to get service. I find that I need to allow plenty of wait time.
Needed an oil change but it was closed by the time i could get there.
Well folks. Got a problem and I’m sure I’m not the only one. The auto care centers are closed. Well last year I bought a new set of Goodyear’s at a Walmart in Texas. I purchased the lifetime rotation and balancing. It was like $80, I have the receipt. Well back in March I took my vehicle in because it’s developed a considerable vibration along with past due rotation. Now 10,000 miles later I’ve got a set of $1000 tires that are less than half worn, but damaged beyond a rotation. I’m kinda screwed. Walmart should really do something to address this.
Great service and great prices
