I always have had good experience interacting with them. Internet has always been reliable in my house. I spend my days off from work gaming online with friends and my dad enjoys watching movies and shows through multiple streaming services. Whenever the internet does have problems they always took care of it and are always professional.
I have giving this company many attempts at fixing the problems. Constant cutting out on service which the technicians give me some poor excuse and don’t even try to fix anything. Not only that I pay for 1 Gig down and only get about 500Mb (which they promise at least 70% of the speed which is also very low). This company has shown they don’t care about my business time after time. Not pleased at all and strongly recommend using a different provider.
WAY better than AT&T. How you ask? Well let me tell you. Reliability, customer service, speed, no hidden fees and an office to go talk to someone in person. Now i have had several internet issues but it has always been resolved in a reasonable time frame.
We recently built a home in the Solider Creek Area and called a month ago and the tech came out and said, no problem there is a box right behind your house. Then when we call to set up, we were told they are not setting up new service. The next day a neighbor has then coming out to put his new service in. Very poor business approach.
Trash company for install. My install time frame was Saturday 09/03/2021 10 am to noon. Guy doesn’t show up until 3:15 P.M. he calls at 2 to tell me he is on the way but then stops somewhere else and doesn’t update me after already being 2 hours late I have to call Him! Customer service is a joke as well bc their dispatch isn’t open on Weekends but that’s the day most working adults have time for appointments. If I had any other options I would take it. If you can go with another service Do It!
