**This company, and their owner, called me back personally and had real conversations with me. They apologized, appreciated the feedback, and treated me with kindness and decency. This shows me that they do care, as I felt they do as a company, and I will give them another chance because of that. I do understand that things happen, but they were nothing but sincerely apologetic and showed concern. Thank you for this. I will now be changing my review stars because of this. I appreciate the concern and diligence.** I will not be back here. I came here because it was close to home, and I was treated very well previously for a skin situation. I want to first say that Brittany, Katie and Jessica were so very kind and compassionate. That is why there are two starts. But your doctor, Dr. Parker, was awful, rude, judgmental, disrespectful and discriminatory. My dog has better bedside manners. Apparently your doctors work 24 hour shifts and at the end of their 24 hour shift, some are grouchy and just want to sleep. Unfortunately for them, that’s not what emergency doctors get to do in most cases, nor is it the patient’s fault if they aren’t getting to sleep. You all have a lot of competition in the area and patients now have a choice in their emergent care. I have amazing insurance as well. It’s a shame that patients are treated as though you don’t want their business. I would love to discuss this with Dr. Harvey Castro, as I know he did not start this company for patients to be treated so terribly. I think I was in shock actually. You guys have a new set of doctors, from what I’ve been told, and it’s a shame. The previous ones were amazing.
The best experience I have ever had at a medial center. Made me comfortable. They also helped explain what was my issue simple a d terms I understood. Thank you I definitely recommend.
I didn't know an ER experience could be so pleasant before coming here. I usually dread having to go to the ER, but from the moment we walked in we were treated so well and everyone had so much compassion. The nurses were very friendly and professional, and Dr. Blake also made us feel like we were friends instead of strangers. We appreciated the updates and info in-between tests and waiting time, made us feel well taken care of. The whole facility is very clean and well maintained. Definitely will be using them again for future ER needs.
From the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctors, I felt like my concerns mattered. They were beyond timely on getting me back to a room and checked. My concerns were handled and they even went beyond my them and tested me for other similar issues while not charging me for it. The doctor had excellent bedside manners and gave me the sense that I mattered as he even made small talk to get to know me. Then as I checked out, I was given a goodie bag of Trusted ER swag! I wish that all my experiences in an ER could’ve been as pleasant as this one. I definitely will not hesitate on using Trusted ER for any medical issues I’m presented with in the future.
I came in today feeling pretty horrible. Got in quickly, no hassle, very friendly staff, nurses, and doctor. I was tested for Covid and flu, and had a great consult with the doctor... he took all the time I needed to answer questions and offer help. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Trusted ER to everyone.
