Good place. At first I was a little upset, first room the ac/heat did not work. So they moved me to another room. Then the fridge didn’t work and a few cosmic problems no big deal. We just delt with it. As I checked out the front office attendant was over nice. Asked how it went told her the issues was very upset for us. Told me that’s not how’s it’s done. Made me feel a lot better about things and even gave me a discount on our stay. We come to this location every 6 months or so. Being treated that well we will continue to keep coming to this location. Good job on the training of customer service!!
Room was nice at a first glance. After unpacking and getting settled, one of the lamps needed a new bulb. The heater didn’t work in the room. There was a bedroom and living room and TVs in both but only one remote. Told front desk and was given a remote that still didn’t work. Went back down to let them know and she gave me a code to input on remote. Still didn’t work and was too frustrated to even try again. Was just ok. Wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t $165 for the night.
Usually we enjoyed our time at La Quinta but this one on this location need some improvement, I was waiting at front desk for a good wait to check-in, The room feels sticky/moist from the floor to the bed, No kleenexs the toilet already clogged up before use.
The front desk person was fine. The room was fine except for the clean up. They basically just threw the same sheets back on & tucked the comforter. Pillows were left in the same place we had them. No vacuuming was done. Saw a live baby roach one evening in the bathroom then another one the next morning. Probably won't go back.
