The staff in the pharmacy are wonderful. However, they are so short staffed, you have to wait in line almost an hour to just pick up a prescription. The drive through is always backed up for at least 30 mi Tues, usually more, and standing in line inside is always 30 mins to sn hour wait. I was told that they only get a certain number of hours for staffing. I understand keeping costs down so the CEO can buy another yacht or plane but customer service, although a dying service, is truly a successful way to keep folks coming to your business. Today, I signed up for mail order. You lost a customer.
I have had an excellent outcome getting my prescriptions.
I loved CVS, because the customer service is great and employees are very nice to customers every day
